Sales roundup for Harvest Bend, week ending Jan. 20

There were six sales in Harvest Bend for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11031 Rippling Meadows Drive. Ajit Nihalani and Raji Nihalani sold the home to SRP Sub LLC on Thursday, Jan. 17.

Built in 1981, the 1,756-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Harvest Bend subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 10835 Moonlit Meadows Court by Alan Haddad, Atheer Haddad and Fannery Mateus to Arthur Yousif Smith and the sale of 9203 Rippling Fields Drive by Aurora Banda and Elias Banda to SRP Sub LLC.
