Sales roundup for Copperfield, week ending Jan. 20

There were six sales in Copperfield for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 15410 Bramble Crest Court. Thanh-Thuy Thi Tran and Hai Dinh Vu (estate) sold the home to Thanh-Thuy Thi Tran on Tuesday, Jan. 15.

Built in 1999, the 3,008-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bath home is located in the Copperfield Place subdivision.
